Details

(Whiteboard: [qa^])

1. go to play.fxhome.pancake.com in one tab, but don't log in
2. have the addon installed, go to about:pancake in another tab
3. go to the play.fxhome.pancake.com and sign in
4. go to about:pancake and refresh the page

Expected: signed in
Actual: not signed in

Note:
1. if you sign in on the about:pancake, you will be signed in on the play.fxhome.pancake.com
2. sign out also is consistant in that the addon does not affect the web sign out nor vice versa.

When a user points browser to both pancake website and pancake addon. User gets confused which one is which and ASSUMES that logging in into one automatically logs him/her in into another.

This is the essence of nhirata's complains. It may be UX problem to make them look different or at least put a BIG waring on addon login page that it is NOT the application.

Assigning to st3fan for resolution

This is not relevant anymore. I have also removed the /login.html that we had for the addon.
