Sometimes, the description in the manifest is too long to be considered a "brief summary". It would be nice if it was split up properly (with most of the text being moved to "detailed description), so that the user didn't have to manually do it.

I made it EN-US only for now, since I was afraid of what might happen if I started messing with other locales. Everything degrades nicely in non-English locales, but saves English-based developers from having to manually truncate the manifest description. It truncates it properly, and moves the larger description down to the "Description" field.
