705901 - Update themes and plugins for blog.m.o

We are in the process of moving blog.mozilla.org to the new Generic Cluster in Phoenix.  Part of this move includes a revision bump in the operating system and php.  As such there are a number of themes and plugins that are not compatible and need to be updated.

I have set up a new dev site at https://blog-dev.allizom.org/ which automatically updates the themes and plugins from subversion every 10 minutes.

The wordpress site is already current and should not require any updating.

This project is of reasonable priority as we will soon be deprecating the old hardware that the site is currently running on.

I upgraded all necessary themes and plugins after the upgrade to 3.3.1
