Addon turns off when setting the browser to offline mode

Details
1. launch browser
2. go to about:pancake and log in
3. set the browser to offline mode
4. wait a moment and refresh the about:pancake
Expected: pancake doesn't turn off
Actual: addon turns off
Note:
1. can still browse in offline mode; should probably store and queue up for next login?

Follow up: addon should try to relogin at next change. Could be an addendum to this bug or a new bug.

fixed. to verify repeat bug steps. addon does not turn off, but queues up changes and pushes them to server when offline mode is off
