1. subscribe to a RSS feed 2. add the addon and sign into pancake using about:pancake 3. select a RSS feed 4. go to play.fxhome.mozillalabs.com/test/sessions Expected: the rss feed link would say RSS Actual: the link says bookmark

using fx 8.01 - i did not observe RSS feed bookmarks being uploaded
Summary: RSS feeds should be tracked separately from bookmarks → RSS feeds bookmarks are not uploaded to the server
This has to be WONTFIX. When a user subscribes to RSS feed the whole feed (meadning all the feed stories) are bookmarked. From UI standpoint is makes sense, since a user can want stories alive in his bookmarks folder. However, places tabel records these story titles as bookmarks (but the user never bookmarked them). Hence, addon ignores RSS-feed-subscription bookmarks altogether. Only the visited pages in bookmarks table will be uploaded as bookmarks.
