Steps to reproduce: 1) Have two consecutive folders - one with all read mail, and the one after with some unread mail. 2) Go to Go > Next > Unread Message 3) See that dialog that comes up? ("Advance to next unread message in blah?") that's a modal. We think we want it as a DoorHanger. With us switching to tabs on top (see bug 644169), it makes more sense for us to have per-tab dialogs instead of blocking modals for things like this. We'd like to switch to something like a DoorHanger here.
