706151 - Font inflation on some sites only inflates the footer

If I open nightly.mozilla.org the only text inflated is the Privacy Policy/License info in the footer, which is intentionally tiny on the desktop. The main page content stays zoomed out in small text.

So that seems way bigger than it ought to be.  Other than that this is in some ways similar to bug 706193 -- it's not clear if there's some characteristic of those parts of the page that distinguishes it from what does need font size inflation -- need to poke through the DOM/CSS and see.

Challenge accepted: wikipedia.com. 

The most important element on the page, the search box, is pretty much smallest item.

the issue reported in comment 6 is fixed by bug 707855 for me.

I'm not seeing any issues on about:license other than the MPL not being inflated, but I assume we can't do anything about <pre> tags

this is what I see on nightly.mozilla.org. It looks like its working like I'd expect. It might be nice if we could not inflate that footer, but everything is readable
