For success:
* Note, make sure statsd is working.  
* If we can generate some known Tracebacks, let's see that we can get them via email.
* Deprecation warnings shouldn't be seen either.
* Submissions should work.

This is completed, coordinated in #input. There were tracebacks during update, but davedash has stated that they're minor and non-blocking.

Things seem to be working, odd that I'm not getting traceback emails though.

Can we remove all the pyc files (in zsh: rm **/*.pyc)
