Opting to log in with BrowserID will not invoke a sign-in window.

Hidden BrowserID popup for consequent login, no more flickering login experience.
Added automatic live-folder shortcut creation on first launch.
Adding fallback BrowserID for ticket 706487 (deletes stored email if it fails once), to be tested.
The original bug is verified.
