706505 - Add Thunderbird 9.0b3 to bouncer

The Thunderbird team is going to release Thunderbird 9.0b3 on 1st December 2011, and we'd like to have the main builds added to bouncer for downloads.

The relevant URLs to add are (bouncer and FTP):

:gozer, now that bug#665670 is fixed, jhopkins has bouncer access as well. Do you mind kicking this bug to jhopkins, so he can try out his new powers?

How to update Bouncer
---------------------

Note: *very important to not have extra spaces before or after the path*

- Open the bouncer text in a wide format
 - First column is the Product.  These need to be added to bouncer.
  - Go to https://bounceradmin.mozilla.com/
  - Click Admin in the upper-right toolbar
  - Click the +Add link next to Mirror|Products
   - Example products: Thunderbird-9.0b3 , Thunderbird-9.0b3-Complete , and Thunderbird-9.0b3-Partial-9.0b2
   - leave all the defaults; just insert each of those as a Product Name and save.
 - Click Home
 - Second column is the product OS, Third column is the location
   - Click the +Add link next to Mirror|Locations
   - Example OS's: osx, linux, linux64, win
   - Example location: /thunderbird/releases/9.0b3/mac/:lang/Thunderbird%209.0b3.dmg
 - Go to Home|Mirror|Locations and in the right sidebar choose each product and verify that it was added properly.
 - Go to https://bounceradmin.mozilla.com/
  - Click "Product Uptake on Mirrors" under Statistics.
    - Hilight the products added above (at the bottom of the list) and watch that there is uptake over the next little bit to confirm the paths were entered correctly.
