Hate to cram this into 1.6.2, but we don't want to have another month where we have a blank or old trophy in the 3rd slot on the derby page.
Jay, has devengage verified the topic? Can we get tagline & description copy by EOD? Since apps has bumped to our regular scheduled push day I might steal this 1.6.2 push tomorrow for this change.

We've been wanting to do touch for a long time... and since it's a mostly mobile-specific feature, I think we go for it. I have added some initial copy here... it'll be great if Janet or you can help clean it up. For now, we just need the topic, tagline and short desc.
