If I am running a full-screen application (e.g. videogame) with Firefox running in the background, and I receive a notification (e.g. Download finished), Firefox pops up the notification dialog, which causes flickering in the bottom-right corner of the screen while the alert is appearing/disappearing, or causes Windows to exit the fullscreen application.

This behavior was recently fixed in Thunderbird (where it occurs more frequently), but it can occur in Firefox too.
I already wrote a patch for this :)
