steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/apps/arts-and-entertainment
2. Notice the install buttons
3. Compare the install button to the one in the detail page

observed behavior:
The install buttons are blue in the listing pages and green in the details page.

I don't see any blue install buttons on https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/apps/arts-and-entertainment?page=1 nor https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/. Is that the only blue install button you see, and is it always reproducible?
