For full flash sites that exceed the device viewport region, panning around the site will automatically snap back to the left border.
User should be able to pan around the site without snapping back to the left side
REpro:
1) install 11-30-2011 nightly native, SGS2
2) install flash app
3) view a full flash site (eg. see URL)
4) verify when page loads, notice if the content exceeds the viewport region. (if it fits, then pinch zoom into it) if so, try panning over to see the covered content. Notice that the site snaps back to left justified.
Expected:
- able to pan around on full flash sites, and only snap if exceeding viewport
ActuaL:
- any panning motion snaps page to left justified

Retested on nightly, 03-05-2012 nightly build. HTC Sensation, with Flash plugin.
The URL seems to pan okay now (with scrollbars and all), but the screen will flicker each time you touch the screen to move it. Flicker -- meaning the content in the page will go white and try to repaint the screen.
