Also noticed that when trying to use the phone to get audio it would hang up after 10 seconds.
Avidex called and emailed.

Avidex came in this morning and found a hardware issue with the vidyo box. The box will be sent out for repair and we can expect this back in four business days. Tabitha put a sign up.
I thought it was something wrong with the clear one. When did they ship this out?

It was confirmed that the audio output of the Vidyo box is broken. Avidex removed the box and shipped it to Vidyo. There is a 14 day turn around, but Vidyo usually is able to return it sooner than that.
Vidyo box has been replaced with a new box.
