Perhaps its a user agent or flash or the site itself, but its awkward that this flash ad designed for a mobile site is grabbing the unneeded extra viewport.
See screenshot
Repro:
1) install flash on android
2) install nightly fennec 11-30-2011
3) visit a mobile URL with flash ad (eg. www.espn.com)
4) verify the flash ad loaded gets moved to the right, and takes away the original mobile viewport
Expected:
- snap flash ad into the visible area
Actual:
- flash ad shows up on the right

Tony - can you check this again? We landed some viewport fixes that might affect this.

Certainly seems better with the 12-01 nightly, but i have yet to reload the page with that same flash ad size that depicted the screenshot. Will comment again if i hit it.
