706633 - Add BrowserID to en-US locale only

Because BrowserID is not localized, we will be adding it to the en-US site only for now.

Blockers aren't resolved yet, but http://affiliates-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ currently has BrowserID running correctly on it (it's slow and there's no throbber, so be patient after you auth).

Should there be? Sad that it's slow, but if that's how it is, then perhaps file a bug to get some visual feedback added to the mix (post-release, not blocking)?

This should be fine in production, but I agree that a throbber is still a good idea for a post-release fix. See bug 710791.

IT bugs are resolved, this should work in affiliates-dev.

QA Verified. The Browser-Id is available to en-US locale only . All other locales have the old login and register authentication systems.
