Python will need the sasl-browserid shared libraries. As web code tries to do sasl_interactive_bind on Mozillians, Python loads this C plugin on the client side to talk to the server side running in slapd.

This will need to be on all webheads that have the mozillians Django code. It shouldn't "hurt" other projects. If we ever had a second webapp (in php, Django, or whatever) that used sasl, they could re-use the same shared libraries.

We've deployed the plugin to slapd servers in Bug#702427.

Created sasl-browserid-0.0.1-1.el6.i386.rpm from SRPM. Updated puppet manifests to deploy to -dev web nodes.
