User Agent: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open lots of tabs (ctrl-t) until scroll-arrows appear in the tabstrip. 2. Successively move focus right to the current focused tab (ctrl-page down). 3. Use tabstrips scroll arrows. Actual results: 2. Tabstrip does not scroll. 3. Tabstrip does not scroll. Expected results: 2. Scroll. 3. Scroll.
