As of yesterday's Nightly, session restore does not work on my current profile. After closing Nightly by various means, when I reopen Nightly it does not restore any tabs, my app tabs are gone, and History->Restore Previous Session is deactivated.

This does not occur if I use a new profile. I realize this implies something is wrong with my current profile, but I have trouble believing it is a coincidence that it happened when the patch for bug 467409 landed.
I started seeing some other weird problems with my profile, so I guess that probably was the problem... this should be closed.
