706923 - Update SeaMonkey website for 2.6 Beta 2 release

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #703884 +++

For making SeaMonkey 2.6 Beta 2 public, we'll need to update the website.

This can happen once mirror saturation is good enough, though it's usually a good idea to also have final_verification run and OK before going public on the website.

Steps as usual:
1. Create and commit archive page (starting from a copy of the last beta)
2. Create and attach patch for the other changes
3. Leave patch committing to whoever is around at the time of release.
