707041 - UA Switching to Desktop mode only shows compressed mobile content view

Using UA switcher to switch url from Desktop to Mobile, just compresses the mobile view.  

See screenshots.  This bug may be a dupe of bug 706264 .

Repro:
1) install nightly native on SGS2, 2011-12-01 build
2) visit mobile time URL
3) mobile site loads first.   open menu prefs > more > Request Desktop Site
4) Verify site loads with same mobile content, but now compressed.
5) Verify switching back to mobile site view will restore the mobile view of original site

Expected:
- requesting desktop view will show full site

Actual:
- compressed mobile site view

This is exactly what the mobile.time.com site looks like on my desktop firefox
