I tried uploading this video to SUMO: http://videos-cdn.mozilla.net/serv/labs/hackasaurus/ToolBar-MacOS-FF7.webm It was uploaded here: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/gallery/video/205 and the corresponding <video> element being embedded appears to be located here: http://sumo-cdn.mozilla.net/media/uploads/gallery/videos/2011-12-01-17-00-34-c8cdac.webm However, the video doesn't actually show up. I tried investigating by doing "curl -I http://sumo-cdn.mozilla.net/media/uploads/gallery/videos/2011-12-01-17-00-34-c8cdac.webm" and it looks like the video is being delivered with a content-type of text/plain. Is that a bug or did I mess up in uploading the video? Also wanted to mention that I found a workaround for this, which is that I simply added a <video> tag manually to my KB article that points at the original video (not the one uploaded to SUMO) and that seems to work fine: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Bookmarks%20Toolbar/compare?locale=en-US&to=19179&from=18660
I think this was an issue on the IT side that has been fixed since. I am seeing Content-Type:video/webm now.
