There's been a few bugs around recently on implementing MSVC 2011 support, and also fixing up removed-files.in.
This is just a bulk update for Thunderbird - support packaging the 2011 dlls, and make sure we remove the old ones when we upgrade. We'll need this later if we upgrade our complier version.
Note these haven't got @BINPATH@ in removed-files.in as that's wrong, see bug 707121.
