The current meta-viewport code (introduced in bug 694901) uses the physical screen size instead of the visible area dimensions when calculating viewport. This results in slightly-off coordinates when jumping to anchors and jumping to specific scroll coordinates. This can be seen by loading http://people.mozilla.org/~nhirata/html_tp/jumptag.html on the Galaxy Tab (portrait orientation) and clicking on the "Go to Bottom" and "Go to Top" links. The jump to bottom doesn't go all the way to the bottom - it scrolls to the point where the bottom of the page would be visible if the bottom Android status bar weren't present. The same applies for the jump to top.
