Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/ 2. Hover cursor on the right side border of an app preview box listed in Top sections (Ex. Add-on Buddy) Expected Results: Nothing happens Actual Results: The preview box for an app starts to flicker. This happens for apps with short description.
