Add in a new user page called "Payment Profile"* If the user has a pre-auth key setup then it will show that one is setup, information about where to look on paypal, when it will expire and a big "Remove" button that removes the pre-auth key from their account. If the user does not have pre-auth key setup then it will show some text on how to set it up, some links to docs etc... and a big "Setup" button that bounces them over to Paypal. Since we can on this form, let's give them some choices of how long and how much. This won't be the only entry point to setting up pre-auth, just the most verbose. * All strings to be re-written by @fligtar.
I've not added in the ability to set how long and how much. I think as soon as we start to give users options, they'll start to get confused. And then I started to think that perhaps these should be just some sane pre-sets. Then I wasn't sure of the point at all. So if someone has a strong opinion I'll file a new bug to add a form. https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/41583b
