User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.2.19) Gecko/20110707 Firefox/3.6.19 Build ID: 20110707195905 Steps to reproduce: Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SeaMonkey/2.0.14 I was aware of the touted Yahoo sign-in Seal added security and so when my grand child came over and we took pictures, I decided to put the pix as the sign in seal on my yahoo account. What a mess! First the instructions are confused and convoluted, but I finally did figure it out, went on with business and later restarted to check email later in the day. The pix is fine, right where it is supposed to be and the sign in using forms works as expected. You are then taken to the opening page and it now shows that I am singed in, so I click on the mail button expecting to be taken to the usual mail page offering the inbox and spam and so on, but instead you are taken to the PASSWORD VERIFICATION PAGE to reenter the same password EVEN NOW BEING SIGNED IN. The correct password is entered and you go right back to the same PASSWORD VERIFICATION PAGE to reenter the same password -- we are caught in a loop. Asking Yahoo for help 3 times and finally calling them, I am told to remove all passwords and all cookies and all web page records and all will now work correctly. FAT CHANCE, still caught in this PASSWORD VERIFICATION PAGE to reenter the same password. I killed the Yahoo sign-in Seal, restarted ran MacJanitor and started holding the SHIFT KEY, the Apple + S, but still IN THIS LOOP. I do have another Sea Monkey browser on the computer in a different partition and can access the account just fine, but the Sea Monkey browser now is not recovering to NORMAL OPERATION. Actual results: Unable to return to working Sea Monkey to get to the account that was used to add the Yahoo Sign-in Seal after canceling the Sign-in seal -- it still asked for PASSWORD VERIFICATION OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Expected results: Should have recovered and work as before == SECOND SEA MONKEY ON DIFFERENT PARTITION CAN ACCESS THE YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT USING THE SAME PASSWORD ONLY ONCE. How can I save Bookmarks and Cookies and install new Sea Monkey replacing them after the install.

(and yes, I understand that on a PPC Mac you are unable to upgrade) If you do encounter the issue in a newer SeaMonkey we can address the issue with more investigation/fixing. I remain adamant in my criticism of the FORMS IMPLEMENTATION on Sea Monkey, because it still is NOT USER FRIENDLY and USES esoteric assumptions that the average user simply can not deal with, thus making the entire project next to useless and offensive. I have been in management positions of various projects over the last 50 years AND THIS IS A CLASSIC EXAMPL OF "OUT OF TOUCH" PROGRAMMERS. Again, I request a SPECIFIC BUTTON to record the contents of the user and pass info! FYI: I was in need of sending money using Western Union, on this site I logged in and was aggravated again, because this being the 3rd or 4th time on this site and still no RECORDING OF MY USER AND PASS, so I went looking again for a way to MAKE IT RECORD THESE FORM ENTRIES. I did not find a way to force it to record the WU info, but to my surprise, I did find a page indicating that the YAHOO MAIL PAGE was NOT ALLOWED TO SET COOKIES!!! Why in the world would this Yahoo Mail page be blocked?? I removed the block and had an epiphany, BINGO this MAY BE THE REASON I can not get to my mail, which it still demands over and over the reentry to verify my pass. I excitedly tried to enter my mail and it worked just fine. Yahoo programmed an ERROR IN THE SEAL that set the page to block using cookies causing all the problem in the first place. THIS BUG HAS NOW BEEN SOLVED!!!! But not a single reply picked up on this block, huuuuuummmmmm!!!!
