707409 - Cannot move app icons to a panel on the left on the Dashboard using Firefox

When using Firefox, if the user moves an app icon to a panel on the right, they are then not able to move it back to a panel on the left. This is true with or without the extension. This works properly in Chrome however.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. You can choose to install or not install the extension at this point - If you choose to install it, you can find the extension at http://people.mozilla.com/~dclarke/openwebapps/Extension/ and look for openwebapps-23dc5022e9-12_02_2011.xpi
3. Go to apps.mozillalabs.com/appdir and install an app
4. Go to myapps.mozillalabs.com
5. Click and hold on the app icon and drag it to the right side of the Dashboard to move it to the right panel
6. Try to move the app back to the left panel (1st panel)

Actual Results:
The app cannot be moved back to the left panel.

Expected Results: 
The app can be moved to the left panel in the Dashboard.

I cannot reproduce this, and have never seen anything like it.  Please come and demonstrate it for me.  Please remember that the cursor -must- stay inside the dashboard while dragging.  This is a limitation of html mouse handling.

After showing Dan the bug on my machine, it seems like it's related only to my profile and hence why it can't be reproduce by anyone else. I'll keep this bug in its current state until I can reproduce it or someone else can reproduce it.

Since I can't currently reproduce this with a new profile, I'm going to mark this as verified. Please re-open if reliable steps to reproduce are given.
