Created attachment 578877 [details] screensh_.png User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Ubuntu; X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 Build ID: 20111115204015 Steps to reproduce: I very often use the "Find" feature to search webpages for keywords (exciting!)... Actual results: Sometimes, Firefox gives out a "Phrase not found", even when the phrase was copied directly from the active page. When deleting the phrase, a blank character remains, that can only be selected and deleted with the "Select All" option from the context menu. Expected results: Firefox will not insert (almost) undeletable blank characters.
> Sometimes, Firefox gives out a "Phrase not found", even when the phrase was copied > directly from the active page. Please give an example web page and phrase where this occurs. Can you reproduce the problem in Firefox Safe Mode? <http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode>
