This is a placeholder bug for when I get the text for the new developer agreement. This will need to be converted from a Word doc to HTML (minor stuff like paragraphs, boldness, etc.) and should show up *only* for the apps preview. This should be in place for the launch, as we want to get developer feedback on this alpha agreement.

Legal needed to add one section to the agreement. I didn't see this committed yet but had them include a redline just in case you've already got it done locally so you know what changed.
