707581 - Cannot install a paid app from https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org without the apps extension

If the user does not have the apps extension installed, they are not able to install a paid app from https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/. They still go through the paypal payment process but when they're done, there is no notification to install the app even when you click to manually launch the installer from the "Thank You" message at the end.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Make sure you don't have the apps extension installed - If you do, please disable it or remove it (Tools>Add-ons>Extensions) and then restart Firefox
3. Go to https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/ and log-in
4. Install a paid app - Go through the paypal payment process

Actual Results:
The user goes through the payment process and it's accepted, however, there is no notification where the user can install the app from. Trying to initiate the notification from the final "Thank you" paypal pop-up does not do anything.

Expected Results:
The user is able to install the app. The notification for installing apps without the extension (as can be seen if you do the same thing from apps.mozillalabs.com/appdir) should appear.
