707584 - swap out "problem child" tegras for war room tegras

I would like to swap out some tegras that are not stable but working for the tegras that were placed in the dev "war room" to see if they run better in the production pool.

my initial list for this would be:

Tegra-153
Tegra-156
Tegra-175
Tegra-176

Can you identify the tegras we should take from the war room, or point to someone who can?  I suspect just grabbing four tegras from that room would be frowned upon.

Doug, I want to swap the 4 tegras in c#0 for tegras 184-187 to get finicky-for-automation tegras out of production

any problems with this for you?
