Details

Build 2001030205, Windows 2000.

Summary: Some 3rd party apps launch Mozilla twice when you click on a URL
inside the app.

Steps to Reproduce:

For ICQ: (This can also be reproduced within the Spinner Plus application.)

1. Load ICQ
2. Have someone send you a message that contains a URL.
3. Click on the URL

Expected Results:

Browser loads the URL you've selected once.

Actual Results:

Browser loads the same URL twice (calling two browser windows.)
Same thing if you launch Mozilla by double-clicking on some HTML file.
I searched for "browser twice" "browser two" and didn't come up with anything in
Bugzilla. Hard to believe there isn't a DUP (I bet there is.)
Looks like a duplicate of "desktop integration opens with two windows"
