Details

When opening a link in a new tab (via press-and-hold), the viewport of the current tab is changed to the original position and zoom.

Reproduce:
1. Go to http://news.ycombinator.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Press and hold the last link
4. Choose "open link in new tab"
5. Page scrolls back up to the top
