Tapping 'Refresh' (via Android MENU) at sign-in dimisses BrowserID sign-in prompt, pulls up the dashboard and attempts to sync an unassociated account

STR:

1. Launch Soup Apps
2. On the BrowserID sign-in, pull up the Android MENU
3. Tap Refresh

ER: Refresh the BrowserID sign-in window (really, there shouldn't be a need for this action enabled here).
AR: Log's in to the App Dashboard and attempts to sync a mysterious account with no visible applications installed.
