DLL versions to block: <3.1.0.3
Applications, versions, and platforms affected: known affecting Firefox 3.6 and up on Windows

Reasons: vksaver is causing top crasher bug 614966. We've DLL blocklisted before, see 424828
We'd like to land this before today's beta build.

Marcia - we'll need to test the beta build with vksaver to make sure an add-on block isn't necessary as well.

It won't work as stated in bug 614966 comment 55.
I see, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=519434 was r-'d, so we can't perform the blocklist. Will comment there and WONTFIX this.
