Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "Tools -> Manage my apps" link
Expected Results:
Action links are visible and there are no design issues
Actual Results:
"Edit Listin", "Resume" and "Delete" links have a grey background and are not visible.

There were issues with the server on apps-preview-dev. This is fixed now.
