It'd be nice to use http://newrelic.com/ on our -dev server to help spot performance regressions before they hit production.
With a pretty simple WSGI wrapper, we can get a lot of information from new relic about our code and execution. Some of the interesting things are...
http://newrelic.com/features/sql-nosql-performance
and
http://newrelic.com/features/web-transaction-tracing

Stuff like this normally doesn't work with our scale and, in this case, this has privacy concerns. It looks like it offers a bunch of stuff we wouldn't want and I'm not sure if we can turn that stuff off or not.

I was thinking they could handle the scale on our -dev server. But if there's things we don't want and privacy concerns, I'll close.
