Seen today after several Mac crashes on trunk.

I entered user comments and an email address on https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-8e1e7acb-c500-47a9-84dc-251c32111207 and it does not show. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-7e44ea4f-7739-4e0b-9b9b-3bf9e2111207 is the other report.

I am running on Mac 10.7.3 which is a version ahead of what is currently shipping. Will try on some other machines.
I tested crashing on 10.6 and the same thing happens. There doesn't seem to be an issue on Windows XP as I tested with the latest trunk and it does show the comments and email address.

Summary: User comments and email address not showing in Mac crash reports → [Mac] User comments and email address not showing in crash reports
I took a look at the raw crashes and don't see email or comment fields in the JSON we received.

I'll take a look at the server logs.

Ted, could this be a breakpad client bug?
Yeah, I think so.

Sorry, going to dupe the other bug to this one since it has more info.

Discussed with Ted in Zombocom - there is a problem submitting reports on Mac trunk for sure. Marcia to check if the issue is more widespread than that. I did one test on 10.6 Aurora and the report submitted successfully.

Ted - I assume I should just move this bug over to ToolKit | Breakpad Integration then?

Yeah. The underlying issue is the same. This bug just exists because of bug 515181--if we fail to submit crashes, we don't keep the comments for when you resubmit via about:crashes.
