Details

migrateApps() is currently called on startup, and should be moved over to run only once on install time. There are other optimizations to be done as well, such as loading a blank page from myapps.mozillalabs.com (or directly reach into localStorage?). Ian also notes that incoming records should be validated. (See https://github.com/mozilla/openwebapps/pull/150)
