When scrolling horizontally, the page content isn't drawing the portion that is being revealed. I have attached a video of this.
I reproduced it with the URL that is linked to this bug, and on Windows 7 running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0a1) Gecko/20111207 Firefox/11.0a1

I have the same problem with Firefox under Linux and also SeaMonkey.
The rendering will happen "after a while", it just is quite annoying to have to wait so long for render that should be close to instantaneous!

Specifically, the following page has two boxes of code and scrolling them left and right (it happens when you go back too) fails as described in the earlier comments:
