When scrolling horizontally, the page content isn't drawing the portion that is being revealed. I have attached a video of this. I reproduced it with the URL that is linked to this bug, and on Windows 7 running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0a1) Gecko/20111207 Firefox/11.0a1
I have the same problem with Firefox under Linux and also SeaMonkey. The rendering will happen "after a while", it just is quite annoying to have to wait so long for render that should be close to instantaneous! Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 SeaMonkey/2.25
Specifically, the following page has two boxes of code and scrolling them left and right (it happens when you go back too) fails as described in the earlier comments: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Plugins+are+Disabled+at+Startup+and+Various+Timeout+Errors+Appear+in+the+Logs+After+Startup
Severity: normal → S3

Unable to reproduce in current versions.
