For about a week, all of my Firefox crashes on desktop OS X have been failing to submit from the crash reporter. They're saved in about:crashes, and will submit if I click on them from Firefox, but unless I do that no crashes get submitted from my computer.
Yeah. :-( Thanks for reporting this, I've got a patch on the other bug.
