Once the developer preview is set and happily running, we need to clone it for a stage layer
Whiteboard: devPreviewNonBlocker
Now that we have the developers previewing the developer preview, it's become more important that we get stage servers in place for testing changes.

The 2 app VMs are up and running now.

137523 success INSTANCE_CREATE(sauropod-prod1.vm1.labs.sjc1.mozilla.com)
137524 success INSTANCE_CREATE(appsync-prod1.vm1.labs.sjc1.mozilla.com)

The HBase nodes are still being created.

The names are sort of incorrect, stage vs. production, as the current production VMs are called stage, but the plan will be to swap them around at some point in the future.

The old app sync codebase is no longer going to be supported. All resolved fixed bugs are being marked as invalid, as they no longer apply to the new apps in the cloud service.
