Clear authorship colors button (striped button on the left)

The "Clear Authorship Colors" button on etherpads brings up the JS dialog, but hitting "OK" doesn't actually clear the colors.

Attaching a screencap of the button in case you don't know which I'm talking about. It's the stripey button on the left.
Do you see any js errors in the catlog after hitting "OK"?

Can we get a smaller testcase?

After pressing the button for clearing authorship colors:

01-18 14:27:50.885: W/InputManagerService(114): Window already focused, ignoring focus gain of: com.android.internal.view.IInputMethodClient$Stub$Proxy@407fecb0
01-18 14:27:50.889: E/GeckoConsole(2218): [JavaScript Error: "D is null" {file: "https://etherpad.mozilla.org/xC3v8Wqsqz" line: 471}]
It looks like a focus issue after having a JS prompt.
1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/jsprompt.html
2. click on say my name
3. click in the js prompt and type something
4. click ok for the prompt
5. click ok again for the prompt

Expected: "Say my name" button is clickable
Actual: "Say my name" button is greyed out

Note: in console :
01-18 14:36:52.268: W/InputManagerService(114): Window already focused, ignoring focus gain of: com.android.internal.view.IInputMethodClient$Stub$Proxy@40a3beb8
01-18 14:36:55.741: D/GeckoPanZoomController(2218): onTouchStart in state NOTHING
01-18 14:36:55.862: D/GeckoPanZoomController(2218): onTouchEnd in TOUCHING
Clearing testcase-wanted as there is one in comment 4.
