I'd love it if either 3F or 3G can be made into a Vidyo conference room. The MV Vidyo rooms are very booked up and I often have difficulty find one available.

Those of us who sit by these rooms have meetings with remote folks all the time, so it would certainly be utilized constantly.

Desktop will investigate this to see if we can do a small room setup or need to do a full Vidyo room setup.

Richard will take this over and scope new h/w so that we can do a test design that may become our new standard.

So I think we should start in room F.  Since the room name is "Fail" if we can succeed there I think we'll be in good shape.

Right now we're blocking on the new Extron design.

Any news here? Several of us had to huddle around a laptop this morning as no Vidyo rooms were available again.

The PO was approved in the last week or so and we should be starting construction in the next week or so. (note that the first step won't be visible...it's in the machine room)
