709559 - Close tabs warning fails if the user has App Tabs open

Steps to reproduce:

No warning dialog displayed if the user has multiple tabs open with other App tabs on the toolbar.


Actual results:

If the user maintains a number of App tabs, but surfs to several other sites whereby several new non-App tabs are opened, no warning is displayed if the user closes the browser. 

The warning only appears if no App tabs are loaded. 




Expected results:

The warning should appear even if App tabs are loaded.

This is not a bug according to the design.
No warning dialog is intended to be displayed when there is only one window open.
Closing the window gives the user the opportunity to restart the session when the browser re-starts.

I, personally would argue that this is bad design, and there should always be the option, however there is not.

OK, thanks, I didn't know it had been designed that way.

Verified on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120108 Firefox/12.0a1

STR:
 1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
 2. Make sure the "Warn me when closing multiple tabs" option is selected in Tools->Options->Tabs.
 3. Load some web pages is different tabs.
 4. Pin some of the tabs as App tabs.
 5. Close Firefox.

When there are multiple App tabs and multiple simple tabs opened, the warning about closing multiple tabs is displayed.

When there are multiple App tabs and only on simple tab opened, the warning about closing multiple tabs is not displayed.

This behavior is expected by design.
