Steps to reproduce:

i loaded the page 
http://malayalam.oneindia.in/news/2011/12/12/kerala-new-dam-name-kerala-periyar-new-dam-aid0031.html
and tried to go down using down arrow key


Actual results:

But instead going 1 line down, 1 page went down (It worked as page-down). the same happens for any page from the site http://malayalam.oneindia.in/
