Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "Tools -> Manage my apps" link.
3. Click on "Manage Payments" link from a free listed app.
4. Get to step 2 in the enrolling in marketplace process.
Expected Results:
There is a link to see more information about price tiers.
Actual Results:
More information about price tiers are missing.
