Weird, I thought I fixed this today but I don't see it on http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html. I'll take a look tomorrow if no one else gets to it before then.

Oriya and Armenian are now proposed as final Firefox 9 builds
Oriya 3.6.25 is still proposed as a beta locale since this was not in the scope of this bug and I don't think the productization work done for Firefox 9 was relevant for 3.6.x
